CCPA’s two-person finance team was held back by entry-level accounting software and manual processes.
With Sage 50, the team relied on spreadsheets to manage revenue deferrals and prepare financial reports. Annual audits could take up to a month to complete.

Reports that once took two to three days are now generated in about an hour. Revenue deferrals are automated, and audits that previously took a month now take less than a week.
