Vision33 Acquires the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Division of DMC Technology Group, AES

Irvine, California – July 3, 2012 – Vision33, Inc. (Vision33) announced today the acquisition of Advanced Enterprise Solutions, LLC (AES), also known as the ERP practice within DMC Technology Group, which is headquartered in Toledo, Ohio.  This acquisition is pivotal for Vision33, as it now allows the company to expand its geographic presence to the Midwest region of the U.S., strengthening the company’s position as one of the largest SAP® channel partners authorized to resell the SAP Business One application in North America. With an established presence across the U.S., Vision33 is able to service its customer base at a local level from offices in California, Oregon, Colorado, Washington, Utah, Texas, Florida, and now Ohio.

AES, also an SAP channel partner, has a strong reputation throughout the Midwest region as a reseller of SAP Business One, providing growing businesses with the software and related services necessary to manage their businesses effectively in a changing market.
