(ProjectBlue), headquartered in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. This acquisition fits strategically with Vision33’s product and service offerings and strengthens Vision33’s long-term position as a leading partner for SAP® solutions for growing businesses across Canada. Headquartered in Eastern Canada, Vision33 maintains a strong presence in Canada with six (6) offices throughout St. John’s, Newfoundland; Montreal, Quebec; Toronto, Ontario; Edmonton and Calgary, Alberta; and Vancouver, British Columbia. This acquisition broadens Vision33’s geographic reach throughout all Atlantic Canada, including a new office in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

Mr. Blake Barkhouse, who served as CEO of ProjectBlue, will join Vision33 as Vice President of the Canada region and be based out of Vision33’s new office in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. “A few months ago, we decided to join Vision33.
