London, United Kingdom - July 2026 - Thames Reach, one of London’s largest homelessness charities, has selected SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition (also known as SAP Cloud ERP) to strengthen the operational foundations that support its mission of helping people move out of homelessness into safe, stable accommodation and independent living.

The organisation delivers more than 60 services across London, including outreach, accommodation support, and specialist programmes working with people experiencing homelessness and complex needs.

As demand for services continues to grow across the capital, Thames Reach is investing in modern cloud technology to improve how it manages and accesses financial and operational information across the organisation.

“As we’ve grown, it’s become increasingly important to have a clearer and more consistent view of how resources are being used across our services,” said Lee Lochab, Director of Finance and Central Services at Thames Reach. “SAP Cloud ERP will help us bring that information together in a more structured way to support better decision-making across the organisation.”

Thames Reach selected SAP Cloud ERP following a structured evaluation process as part of its wider commitment to improving efficiency, governance, and long-term operational capability.

The organisation also selected Vision33 as its implementation partner. Vision33 will support the deployment of SAP Cloud ERP, helping ensure the system is aligned with Thames Reach’s operational environment and requirements.
