The Challenge

AFME uses Sage Intacct, a modern, cloud-native financial management solution with robust non-profit capabilities.

The US version of the software had the features and functionality AFME needed when its finance function was done in the United States. But when finance moved to London, the team couldn’t connect bank accounts, access bank feeds, or perform bank reconciliations.

The Solution

AFME evaluated several systems to replace the US version of Sage Intacct—and realized it just needed the UK version. The organization partnered with Vision33, a Sage Platinum Club member, to implement the UK version, migrate data from the US version, and integrate Sage Intacct with AFME’s customer relationship management (CRM) solution.

The Result

Thanks to the UK version of Sage Intacct and integrated finance and CRM, AFME has saved time and eliminated duplicate data entry. Bank feeds are available, accounts receivable journals are automated, and month-end reconciliations are faster. And all the financial reports AFME needs are available with the click of a button.
