SAP Business One Reports for Sales Managers

In SAP Business One sales, managers have the ability to use company data and take it a step further to gain more insights into their sales performance.

One nifty feature in SAP Business One for sales is the Budget vs. Actual report.  The report enables sales managers to create a forecast for a specific customer, specific items and the quantity you believe they will purchase by day, week, or month. From here, you can create a trend-based report to analyze customer orders or purchases by date. This allows sales managers to not only get a deeper analysis of their customer performance, sales managers can use the report to anticipate future demands and sales orders.

Another useful sales function in SAP Business One is “Blanket Agreement”. This feature allows Sales Managers to set up an agreed price with the customer if they purchase a certain amount over a period by specifying the date range and the budget allocated for the purchase. In addition, the “Blanket Agreement” brings together any documents in the system that is created relative to the product agreement.
